Val di Fassa: Nadine’s First World Cup Podium!
Nadine Ellecosta takes second place at the Enduro World Cup in Canazei! 🏆
After two solid fourth-place finishes in the previous rounds, Nadine Ellecosta of the Abetone Team secured her first podium of the UCI Enduro World Cup season with an outstanding second-place overall in the Canazei – Val di Fassa round.
A result earned right in the heart of the Dolomites, in front of her home crowd and family — making it even more special and emotional.

"I’m absolutely thrilled with this result — even more so because I achieved it with my family and local fans cheering me on."
Race Breakdown
📅 Saturday – Day 1
3 stages, 23.4 km, 1,100 m of climbing: Nadine shined on the trails of Val di Fassa, finishing the day in first place.
The stages included:

“Pecedac” (~1 km)

“Fassa & Furious” (~1.4 km)

A long stage of 3.5 km with 621 m of descent
📅 Sunday – Day 2
A much tougher day with 4 stages, 36.7 km of racing, and about 2,000 m of elevation gain.

“Titans” – one of the most technical stages, where Nadine unfortunately had two crashes

“Glühwein” – where she came back strong and took the win

“Tutti Frutti” – where Ella Conolly claimed the stage victory

“Ciasates” – where the British rider secured her overall lead
