Switch Riders Shine at EDR Leogang 2025 – Discover the Highlights!
The 2025 Enduro World Cup round in Leogang took place from June 6th to 8th at the renowned Epic Bikepark Leogang.
This iconic venue, known for its technical and demanding trails filled with roots and rocks, has been hosting top-tier events for years. But this time, the race turned into a true nightmare for the riders, as relentless rain turned the tracks into a mud-filled minefield.
We at Switch Components felt especially connected to this round, and we want to give a huge shoutout to two riders who gave it their all: Nadine Ellecosta and Tommaso Francardo.
It's a real honor to see our products supporting world-class athletes in such extreme conditions—helping them perform at their best when it matters most.
Nadine Ellecosta finished 4th in the Elite Women category, once again narrowly missing the podium. Race after race, she continues to show remarkable consistency and determination. Here are her stage results:
-
PS1: 5th
-
PS2: 4th
-
PS3: 1st
-
PS4: 2nd
-
PS5: 3rd
-
PS6: 4th
Tommaso Francardo wrapped up the weekend in 8th place overall, despite riding among the top contenders for most of the race. Unfortunately, a flat tire in PS2 forced him to finish that stage in 44th, 33 seconds behind the leader. A tough blow—especially considering how strong he was in the other stages:
-
PS1: 2nd
-
PS3: 2nd
-
PS4: 3rd
-
PS5: 10th
-
PS6: 12th
Another performance that confirms his spot among the fastest and most consistent riders on the circuit.
Huge congratulations from the whole Switch team – keep pushing forward!
