La Thuile, Valle D'Aosta - The 2023 Italian Enduro Championship took place on the tough trails of La Thuile, where the coveted tricolor jerseys of all categories, both competitive and amateur, were awarded. Mirco Vendemmia of the WeRide Fulgur Factory Team and Gloria Scarsi of the Canyon Collective - Dainese Team took the overall victories in the Open Elite category.

Mirco Vendemmia stood out as the fastest and most consistent rider during the entire race, demonstrating his ability on the demanding special stages of La Thuile. With impressive performances in all four rounds, Vendemmia dominated the Open Men's category, steadily increasing his gap to second placed Marcello Pesenti by 34 seconds. The 2022 Italian champion, Tommaso Francardo, finished in third place with a gap of 38 seconds from the winner.

"It is a great satisfaction to win the Italian jersey again after so many sacrifices", commented Mirco Vendemmia with emotion after crossing the finish line. This victory represents an important milestone for Vendemmia, who faced a difficult year in 2022 and demonstrated his determination to return to the top of the discipline.

The Italian Enduro Championship was a great success, testifying to the high level of competition and the enthusiasm of the participants.
