Exactly one year ago, during the final stop of the prestigious Crankworx circuit in Whistler, our Ambassador Torquato Testa faced one of the toughest moments of his career. A mistake on a jump led to a devastating fall, resulting in the most severe injury he has ever experienced as an athlete. This incident forced him into a long period of recovery and months of intensive physiotherapy.

The path to recovery was challenging, not just physically but mentally as well. Overcoming the injury required not only regaining physical capabilities but also breaking through psychological barriers to regain the confidence needed to compete at the highest levels. However, Torquato's dedication and passion for the sport never wavered, and his rehabilitation journey has been a testament to perseverance and determination.

This weekend, exactly one year after the accident, Torquato returned to Whistler to prove to the world and himself that he is back at 100%. During the competition, he delivered a spectacular run, showcasing his full physical and mental recovery. Although a small error in landing affected his final result, placing him seventh, his overall performance was exceptional and could have easily landed him in the top five.
