On Sunday, May 19th, the fourth edition of the BDG Enduro took place in Bassano del Grappa, an enduro MTB competition organized by us at Switch Components. Our employees worked hard to put together one of the main events in the Triveneto championship.

Bassano del Grappa, surrounded by Monte Grappa and the Asiago Plateau, is a renowned destination for road cyclists and downhill enthusiasts. The BDG Enduro takes place on the most beautiful trails of Bassano, the same trails where we test Switch Components parts every week with our R&D office.

The fourth edition concluded with an exciting competition. For the second time, Martino Fruet claimed victory, despite Mirco Montagni leading for three out of four special stages. Fruet excelled in PS 3, starting PS 4 with a 4.5-second lead over Montagni. In the last special stage, Montagni gave his all to try to secure the top spot, but the 3.5 seconds he gained were not enough to overtake Fruet.

The third spot on the podium was taken by Isai Nicolis, who showed great skill and endurance. A special mention goes to Andrea Scalcon, the top Venetian and fourth overall, who shone in the competition.

In the women's category, Penso Silvia triumphed, confirming her excellence. Markic Jan won in the e-bike category, demonstrating extraordinary skill. Among the youth, the first place went to TONAZZOLLI Christian, indicating a promising future career.

Congratulations to all participants for their commitment and passion. The fourth edition of the BDG Enduro delivered thrills and spectacle, once again establishing itself as one of the most anticipated and followed events in the enduro world.
